No partner required!
Many people choose to come on their own. The format of the evening makes it so easy to get to know other people. We continually rotate people during our classes. In fact it's the fastest way to learn! You'll love our friendly atmosphere and feel at home in no time!

How much does it cost?
Our prices are very competitive - Just £6 payable on entry for Wednsesday class nights. Enjoy at least two great classes (some nights offer the option of up to 4 classes) plus freestyle dancing until 11pm.
Advance tickets for weekend freestyle party nights are just £8 (8pm to 12pm).

What do I wear?
Lightweight, comfortable clothing. We recommend that beginners who don't have dance shoes wear comfortable shoes that have smooth soles (leather soles are ideal). This makes spinning easier! Trainers, rubber soled shoes and high heels aren't recommended.

No need to book in advance
Just turn up on the night and enjoy the fun, friendly atmosphere and superb dancing. We welcome all standards; from complete beginners to experienced competition dancers.

Beginner Class at 8pm + Beginner Refresher class at 9pm
The beginner class starts at 8pm and lasts approximately 40 minutes. It's designed for complete beginners and experienced dancers looking to improve their style and gain a firm grasp of the fundamental moves and LeRoc footwork.

There's also a beginner refresher class at 9pm in a separate room away from the main hall. This covers the beginner class moves in more detail and allows you to ask questions and develop your technique and style in a more relaxed, personal environment.

We teach 4 beginner moves every week. They can be linked together and danced over and over again as a routine or added to other moves learned in previous classes. We teach all 20 LeRoc Latin Jive's beginner moves over 8 weeks. You can join the class at any point during the course. After 8 weeks you'll have covered all the beginner moves!

Intermediate Class at 9pm.. make your jive look WOW!
Intermediate classes last for approximately 35 minutes. They're ideal for experienced dancers and designed to make you look WOW on the dance floor! Learn 3 to 4 fantastic, unusual and eye catching dance moves every week with more style than you can shake a stick at!

After the class our friendly Teachers and Taxi dancers are always available to go over the moves again and discuss styling points in more detail.

Freestyle Dancing until 10.45pm + Weekend Party Freestyle's!
We have superb freestyle dancing before and after the intermediate class until 11pm. Be inspired and have a fantastic time with friends and some of the best jive dancers in the North West!
