Beginner’s Workshop

Sunday 23rd November
Teachers: Johnny & Hazel

1.30pm till 5.00pm - Knutsford Civic Centre.

This will be split into three 50 minute sessions with a 10 minute break in between. Refreshments will be provided.

The workshop will cover the following:

We will be looking at lead & follow techniques.
Having the right posture.
How to spin.
Building up routines for free style dancing.
12 basic moves will be covered during the three sessions.
